Project Manager - Solar PV (Copenhagen, Denmark)
Circular Search presents a unique opportunity for a talented Project Manager to join our client's rapidly expanding project management organisation, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution and oversight of large-scale solar PV projects specifically tailored to the Danish market.
Roles and responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of large-scale solar PV projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope and budget.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) department heads, and other stakeholders for cohesive project execution and strategy development.
Process Optimization: Enhance project workflows and implement best practices in project management to achieve objectives.
Portfolio Expansion: Support the rapid growth of the company’s renewable energy project portfolio, working closely with the development teams in ensuring EPC preparedness.
Leadership: Guide and mentor Project Coordinators and Engineers within the project execution teams.
Your profile:
Educational Background: BS or MS degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related complex infrastructure projects.
Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Personal Traits: Motivated by the green transition, and capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.
